Founded in March 2008 and formally registered in Taiwan, the Association began with a simple conviction: everyone living in Taiwan deserves the opportunity to live an ordinary and joyful life.
Our approach
We work at the intersection of health promotion, addiction care, family and community support, education, research and professional exchange. Our public communication aims to be evidence-informed, respectful and practical.
